The Masters’ workshop in Wendland, connected with the Masters‘ design studio, targets territorial innovation based on local values and assets and on new connection with metropolitan. The exploration of development pathways can be related to a vivid creative economy, civic engagement, and to the famous Landpartie Festival. The workshop and design studio at the Chair for Regional Building and Urban Planning offered students from Germany, Spain, and China the opportunity to get in contact with innovative local initiatives, as Grüne Werkstatt Wendland, PostLab Lüchow, Werkhof Kukate, Rundlingsverein, and with the local municipality.
